My kids love blueberries. They eat them by bowls. Now when the weather is warmer, my husband has started his morning golfing. He will usually bring home boxes of them from the blueberry farm where the golf course is close to. And my kids cannot be happier.
My relationship with macarons is that I enjoy making and decorating them than eating them. And this actually makes everyone happy considered making good macarons could be quite intimidating. And people do in fact enjoy eating macarons way more than making them.
A win-win situation.
This lemon meringue shortbread tart is very similar to these cute tartlets that I’ve made before. If you have noticed, I did pick another hot day to turn on the oven and bake this tart! The stupidity of me can only blame my vicious craving over something lemony.
June is here tomorrow! Meaning summer is going to be here soon. In fact, the beautiful warm weather these few days has said a thing or two, “Let’s get ready for summer!”
As a self-taught baker, I read a lot of cookbooks. Well, maybe just because of my genuine love for cookbooks, especially those pretty ones, I always hop over a cookbook instead of a cooking show or video. You Tube is just not my thing!
