Super buttery, super soft, super easy… Isn’t it good enough for you to start making these bread rolls? And most importantly, no kneading is needed! And they freeze really well!
We have these no knead bread rolls for breakfast, snack, dinner… Just go crazy with butter when you are having them because that will just make things better and everyone happier!
Ingredients (8-10 rolls):
1 tablespoon instant dry yeast
3/4 cup lukewarm water
4 teaspoons granulated sugar
2 large eggs, room temperature
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
Directions:
Sprinkle yeast over warm water in a stand mixer fitted with a paddle. Add sugar and egg, then blend to combine.
Add flour and salt, mix until flour is combined. Increase speed and blend until dough is stretchy and elastic, about 4 minutes. Add butter, one teaspoon at a time, and blend until incorporated.
Set dough in an oiled bowl, covered with plastic wrap and let rise for 30 minutes.
Divide dough into greased muffin pan, filling halfway full. Let rest uncovered until doubled in size, about 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350F. Bake bread for about 15 minutes, until golden brown. Unmold bread rolls while warm then cool completely.
Serve with lots of butter.

nice
I like the idea of no-knead. I made bread a few days ago and the kneading almost killed me.
Yes….is that a typo? guessing yes….that the total is 1.5 c of flour. True? found this from http://foodgawker.com looks great!
It's there a mistake? I saw 2 times 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour in the list of ingredient and no mention under the direction.
