It’s pretty safe to say that my favorite dessert is tiramisu. If there’s only one dessert that I get to eat for the rest of my life, that would be tiramisu. 

Finding a perfect white cake recipe can be quite a challenge. I’d been looking for one for a very long time, and it was just never as good as the bakery’s. But you know what, I think I’ve found an amazing one finally!

Happy 2017! This is my first blog post of the year. Hopefully this matcha cheesecake doesn’t disappoint. In fact when it comes to the combination of matcha, chocolate and cheescake, it should be pretty safe.
