It may make more sense that you make French macarons by using the French method, which is the traditional way of mixing the meringue with almond flour and powdered sugar. I’ve used this method all along, simply because I didn’t know of other methods until recently.

Totally on Easter baking mode. Have you seen these adorably chic Easter egg cake pops? Not  bragging, but I am really in love with these cuties. I love the pastel colours, solid white sprinkles, and the simplicity.

If there is one type of cookies that no one dislikes, I think it should be shortbread. Buttery, crumbly, simple. Almost no reason to not fall in love with shortbread. We always have a jar in our house because it takes no time to make, and the ingredients can’t be more basic: butter, sugar, vanilla and flour.
