What is your kid’s favourite snack? Let me guess. Chips! Because they are all kids’ favourite snack! But would you rather them having an apple instead? I would. Except it’s never going to happen!
First of all, my apologies for posting relatively light lately. Some of my lovely readers emailed me, “Are you retired from blogging?” Oh No! I still cook, bake and of course eat! As long as I am still doing these activities, I guess the blog is still going on!
The rain here has been lingering for weeks! We may have a few hours of rainless, even sunny time to cheer up the mood a little bit, but then before you know it, the sky goes back to its old soul. All grey and gloomy. Annoying!
But nothing can change my mood to hang around in the kitchen. To bake whatever my kids request. Mostly with berries!
Being a mother who enjoys baking, I love to contribute in my kids school parties. Every one of them. Most of the time I make cake pops because kids are really amazed about them. The morning they see I bring in a box of cake pops, the thrill on their faces simply makes my day! And the moment my kid tells the whole class, “My mom made them!”, although I am not there to witness it, I know how proud of their mama they are!
