Pretty. Lovely. Adorable. Girly. However you want to describe the look of these babies. It’s also very easy, simple and effortless to make. Even guys should be able to handle making maybe just one vanilla cupcake with strawberry buttercream to impress their girls for Valentine’s Day.

The only challenge of making onion soup is to avoid tearing while cutting the onions. Because I was wearing contact lens while cutting the onions, I realized it really helps. By the time I was done cutting, the whole house, including my kids came to me like they just had a serious cold, sniffing noses, watering eyes…except myself. If you don’t wear contacts, well, I heard wearing goggles helps too.
I think I am more into smelling espresso than actually drinking it. Also cooking with it. All of these bring out the fragrance of espresso in a very intense yet delicate way that makes me totally addictive.
Using chocolate truffles to garnish a cake may not be what you would normally do to decorate a cake. But WHY NOT! It’s holiday. All that matters is fun and tasty and pretty. And go along your heart.
