This is a recipe for you if you have way too many egg whites left in the refrigerator and you have no idea what to do with them. At least for me, who has been insanely making home made ice cream and ice cream cake with egg yolks, thanks to the lovely ice cream maker.
I was just trying to use up my leftover vanilla buttercream from a client’s order and came up with these adorable spring flower cupcakes. Really spontaneous and causal and imperfect.
These cupcakes are kid killer. Like if you are not very popular among kids, and you want to do something to impress them. Instead of trying to be a clown which is boring, or throw them your iPad which will be very effective but their parents will hate you because what comes along is the kids will ask their parents for their iPad, you should make these cupcakes.
I wouldn’t normally care about St. Patrick’s Day. Come on, it’s not a statutory holiday, like we could sleep in or skip work. But for some reasons, you will never miss that day. Because of the green, I guess.
